I wonder what they are going to say they are using it for?
What price is the cap raising at? 1.2-1.3c?
If they say it's for exploration then that will be the joke of the century.
With the recent SP pressure there were only a few opportunities to sell above 1.7. & shareholders must have felt trapped in.
Some obvious walls in place in the buys and sells recently IMO.
Would have been hard to sell at those prices, but seems like Stewp & Lover timed their exits as best they could & saved themselves further significant losses.
Will it be used to pay debt & CIL modifications?
I think they should use it for HM1's & HM2's.
The dilution is getting serious now.
