    Back in Feb 18 
    we were told to ignore the noise about capital requirements and since then  has 
    2 CR’s and a CN since March 18
    plus tens of millions of cheap 3c options 

    IMO 
    at least $10m is required to take pressure off as commitments going forward are not going away
