When things are tight, low margin contracts still allow u to keep your best staff, and to pay everyone so that when things turn up, you still have the basis of management teams who are proven to launch you into the new work.
Infrastructure including railways are about to ramp up for the next decade, with massive expenditures expected in Aus. Just need to start seeing these contracts get let, and should be a big upswing. Patience still required , but a new kick off contract could come any day given they have all but finished the solar work.
