    totally agree EOB , I think as all share holders we should vote no to resolution 2, 3 , and 4
    " For this reason at the AGM I will be voting NO for resolutions 2,3 and 4. Works out to be approx. 30 cents in every 1 billion dollar deal for those extra options." It will cost each and every existing share holder , money in their pocket once a deal is done . 30 million shares is very dilutionary
