Quarterly Dividend to be announced probably at the end of the this week, expect another 4.4c.
The only real issue that has held this back is a dip in cashflow which appears to be a timing issue.
The COO and CFO have been buying reasonable amounts on market so it appears they are not concerned.
Yielding over 6.2%, plus capital growth makes this a long term hold.
