Actually, looking back at OMN’s June 11th press release (see below):

There appear to have been several new partners joining the network around the beginning of June, in addition to the start of the LAX pilot programme.

All those new joiners would have only partially contributed to revenue from subscriptions in the June quarter, but fully contributed (i.e. for the whole three-month period) in the September quarter.

Therefore, the increase in Receipts from Customers reported in the 4C does look genuine to me, as well as related to networked products.
