I don't want to slow down progress, either, but I don't think it hurts to take our many complaints and get a legal perspective on our situation. We don't have to do anything with the legal advice - if we don't want to - but instead of talking about the Boards and Todd's perceived illegal behaviour let us have it confirmed. We then can confront the Board citing breached Acts of Corporate Law. We don't have that ability currently.
I'm hoping that between now and the AGM the Board comes true and we are satisfied with what we are told (more than satisfied). We personally believe good news is coming and have bought more shares yesterday and today. I will be very disillusioned and angry if the same nonsense performance is given by our Board at the coming AGM.
