If you have a good look at the tenement maps surrounding the RIO project you will see that RDM has the superior position.
Hopefully Rob will be just as cautious about what they do with it the way he is with Maronan.
I believe he is wanting to similarly extract the full potential and tough luck for those who get impatient.
