After this whole drama, I agree Lorne Gertner is a very smart businessman 

He basically just use 500k plus 10% equity (with unknown valuation at this stage), but buy out 100% of Derma, which MXC has already spent MILLIONS of dollars in it (R+D etc.) Very clever man I need to say. 

The wordings has changed from "10 millions dollars worth of equity" to "10% of equity". Does it imply that 10% of equity of Cannaglobal is no longer worth 10 million dollars?

Since Cannaglobal is a private company, I don't know how investors can access its financial statement and know its current financial position.
