Another dismal quarterly report.
$969,000 in receipts. Big woop !

$786,000 in the bank. That cash will be gone this quarter or next. Another capital raising is on the cards.

Convertible notes due in June. I can guarantee you the noteholders won't be taking anything other than cash. How are they going to do that ?

The bank thats lending them the money for purchasing new oil & gas properties appears to be an easy touch. I might give them a call myself and offer them a few deals.

No mention in the quarterly about any offload of properties as per previous announcements. That all looks dead and buried. Surely there must be someone out there who is interested in negative cashflow properties. Someone surely in America needs a tax deduction. I can't believe they can't find another sucker out there !
