Everyone involved appears well credentialed.

Like the less capital intensive approach by avoiding property purchasing and the modulation allows capital injection to occur as the business scales rather than massive investments.

Modulation I would think will allow easier changes/adjustments to changing technology rather than a massive commitment to one tech standard all at once that then becomes outdated.
