SYDNEY (Dow Jones)--Insurance Australia Group (IAG.AU) said Friday that it will
change its share registry to Computershare Investor Services Pty. Ltd., a unit of
Computershare Ltd. (CPU.AU), from April 26.
The announcement is a blow to ASX-Perpetual Registrars, IAG's incumbent registry
services provider. ASX-Perpetual is a joint venture between Australian Stock Exchange
Ltd. (ASX.AU) and Perpetual Trustees Australia Ltd. (PPT.AU).
