    I would hardly think that 25% of $4b ~ $5b would be deemed a piece of cake for UMC!

    The following is a summary of the JV. Please explain why you think UMC will not need big dollars for its share to construct the refinery.

    Am I missing something or did you fail to read the JV agreement correctly?
