I haven't seen any photos explicitly of build 1. Are you just assuming the wall with the guys is it? Could be from any time.
The announcement says that FAT was in the shed, and also they are bringing the machines BACK to High Wycombe - indicating they are elsewhere having built the structure.
The announcement isn't clear, but that isn't new for FBR.
