BSL market cap $A7B from memory $A700M free cash flow that would allow that purchase to pay for itself.
Growth potential FTA's signed and soon to be signed and should FMG decide to stop taking crumbs off RIO, VALE, BHP and China's table, so to speak. Could use BSL expertise to vertically intergrate IO Business to further take advantage of FTA's and sell Steel products worldwide.
