At the end of today, market will realise all the celebrations and hypes are for 2.5 things:
1. FAT finished.
2. FAT test result used to issue 167m performance shares (video to come).
2.5. Prospect of BUILD1 getting close.
Why?
Because in the announcement it's missing two significant key words: "
Outdoors" & "
BUILD1".
The heading of this announcement is great, it makes people talk about BUILD1, but this was not BUILD1, they would call it already if it was. If this was BUILD1, they wouldn't need to showcase to CAT & Co. again later.
I think the HXs are now finally out of shed doing field testing, preparing for Build1, that's why Mike in this announcement mentioned refining the program before bringing HX back to HQ and get ready to showcase to CAT.

The Company has now commenced mechanical testing and commissioning of the Hadrian X and is working towards testing the DST™ to confirm that it meets the functional and technical requirements.
As outlined previously, after DST™ testing, the Hadrian X programme will move to the Factory Acceptance Testing (‘FATclear.png phase, where the Hadrian X will build structures in different configurations within a controlled factory environment. This testing process is scheduled to take several months.
Following FAT, the Hadrian X will then move outdoors for field testing in preparation for its first house build, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom structure known as Build1. Completion of Build1 is presently scheduled for the second half of calendar year 2018.

The October 2015 AGM included the performance shares to be issued upon completion of a full home structure within three days from commencement by the companies robotic home building technology.
No mention of outdoors, no mention of Build 1, no mention of the number of rooms, size, format or anything. In fact no mention of using HadrianX specifically to do it.
Build 1 either hasn't happened or hasn't been announced.
