I am not an institutional investor to short. If I sell my holding and buying back at a lower price, yes I can short. But it is so in red, can not bare to loose all the money. I have sold a small parcel, but majority I still hold.
If the buy back was cancelled why isn`t there a notice to the market that there is no buy back ? , hope there is ANN from these clowns, while we retail investors keep guessing what is going on.
