Looking at FY18 report again & if the numbers are right its hard to see how they could’ve f%@ked it up so badly so quickly. Refinancing is due in December & funding is a lot tougher now so hopefully the problems are more this than further business deterioration? Wishful thinking? I’d appreciate if somebody who understands balance sheets better than me could give their opinion of asset value after possible liabilities, going by Morningstar quoting $1.43 book value per share I’d assumed there was a fair buffer.
