Also as I pointed in MHL's ASX 14/04/2008 announcement:
Monitor Signs JVOA with Sentry Petroleum Ltd
They added the caveat:
//Sentry will assume full operational responsibility after the conditional 90 day period- (or earlier if conditionality is waived) for the work commitments, earning phases and operations.//
