ECT needs to build momentum and deliver on announcements in succession. This time, call me crazy, I am expecting ducks lined up as previously posted. Approval, revenue model, signing, financial closure, construction. no delays and F ups.
They've already spent months establishing the miniature details such as, who is a signatory on a bank account, so it's now time to deliver and finish this year off with delivery and finalisation of all these agreements. It's time to to agree to agree!
