As Rhino stated as far as we know Rex has contributed nothing during his time as Chair but for a dismal cr . The Board is saying we need to keep Rex on but no reasons why. You would think if he was adding value to the company they would give reasons. Why have we not been told why the last cr at a 20% was so important? Is it too sensitive to tell us ? If so then say that. But no, nothing been said.SH want transparency as to what is going on. This is not too much to ask. And as for cold calling investors asking how they will vote or encouraging them to vote with the board to me seems just a bit weird and unprofessional. Change is needed now.Rex is deadwood and will be the first to go and I doubt it will end there.
