I think they decided to stall drilling as new prospects became better targets, such as rastrillo, and they noted at the time that it was better to wait for the new permit application system to be in place before they applied for new platform positions or repositioning of their current ones. Money was another factor... they burnt it over a short period of time , something all of the long term holders are unhappy about.
Moving forward, with S32 onboard, I think we’ll finally see some positive momentum once they sign the EIA and the drill starts turning again. I’ve doubled my position of late, on this basis, and am of the opinion that the SP will be around 1c in 6 months.

If my memory serves me well, don't their drilling permits have a maximum amount of metres attributed to them? So if those meters can be better utilised on newly found targets as a result of the recently completed survey, it makes perfect sense to stall drilling for the time being.
