Over the years we have been talking about partnerships especially in the US . Yet not to many have painted a picture of what such a partnership would look like and what MSB would need in return .
We now have the Tasly deal to guide us (and possible partners ) Would the same deal in the US be considered favorable to share holders. I would say the vast majority would say no. What I would suggest is we except a low
up front payment say 75 million cash and a annual licensing fee of say 50 million increasing to 100 million over 5 years that could be offset by substantial royalties say 25%.
I would be interested in other investors options, SI would probably be looking on too.
