I wouldn't go accusing the BOM of their lack of skills to steer this company in the right direction. I know 3 of the directors and the CEO. The directors are all multi-millionaires with extensive businesses and profitable projects to hang their hats on. They are strategic in every possible way and know what their end target is to be from IMC.
ThIs venture will clearly take a little longer to mature, but when it does, bingo!
