Yes you got the gist , makes it sound cheap to buy in but the partner would want to keep things progressing reasonable rapidly or the costs would expand and turn out to be rather expensive. Safe gard from big pharmaceutical buying and then shelving the tech. Yet gives them the option to walk away with out a huge loss and the comfort of knowing that there small early returns wouldn't be split with us before becoming profitable.
