I know it's been said before, but it's worth saying again.
AGY has built this project arse-about.

Usually, the PEA comes way before anything is constructed.

A typical resource project starts with buying a block of land, talking about drilling it, getting initial drill results, reporting on findings, working through drill results, releasing a maiden JORC..and then comes the PEA = P R E L I M I N A R Y economic assessment. BEFORE any mine construction takes place.

That's when everyone gets excited, because they have an independent assessment of the mine feasibility and projected future value.
A cash raise takes place and then they start the mine development.

AGY has already started and is well into development and is fully capable of delivering initial product...
- Operating ponds
- Fully commissioned stage one plant, banging out custom battery grade product samples.
- Well advanced with OT agreement
- Well advanced with planning and ready to start work on Stage 2/3 processing plant.

It's very unusual for a resource project to hit first revenues so soon after releasing a PEA.

The theory is, institutional investors are ready to jump on board - they just need the PEA.

Given the incredibly short time frame between PEA and first revenues for production (not 18 months, but more than likely, 3 months) - they should be falling over themselves to invest (assuming the numbers are impressive).

That's the theory anyway.
