Ted, While I agree that some of the recent trading activity is questionable, I can assure you that you are off target with any speculated connection of my post with the link to the letter to David.

To reiterate: After responding to a post questioning the next stages of the approval process, I reaslised it contained incorrect information. I quickly searched for the correct links, posted them and then proceeded to read through the LCK timeline. I spotted the letter, scanned the contents and immediately thought it had made it online by mistake. Making the (arguably) incorrect assumtion that the letter was market sensitive, I first tried to edit my post - too late so I self moderated. I then attempted to phone LCK on the off chance that someone would pick up. No luck.

Feeling somewhat anxious hoping my post would be pulled ASAP, I went back to read the response letter, consequently giving rise to more confusion and anxiety.

My post was moderated approx 30mins after posting.

Without a doubt, I would not have acted or felt the way I did last night if I had thought the letter NOT market sensitive.

Apologies to all for opening the can........,it was going to happen sooner rather than later.
