at the moment this is a traders plaything, it could drop back to 15c or we could break above 25c, it will only be RE RATED UP when they actually get revenue from HX, only than will this fly and not come back to current levels, that's what the market and the big money mangers want to see, not more displays or pretty vids of HX in action or worthless MOU's, but an actual contract for real money signed on the dotted line
