i understand this part - however with the ASX ruling on the sale how does continuing to challenge amp help merlon's cause but more importantly amp's? Isn't it just another bad news day for amp that will likely result in shorters keeping their positions open longer?
i really can't wait for the new CEO to commence and have some positive news stories in the media.
