Could be a good one. Here is why I passed on it

*Short term $10m is a lot of money to raise into something only offering 21% free float with not enough skin in the game for staff, except for cheap Oppies that they can flip
*$1.6m selling fees are too high as well. Come on get real.
*Revenue growth just too low. If constrained by capital (after 40 years of operation) great, stay private for 2 more years and come back with higher market cap, liquidity and certainty

Could be a good one today , quick stag before the valuation metrics kick in and it might drift back to 23 or so. Or $1.23
