Which ministries I wonder? Steel and Coal is a given you would think. And while not a ministry, Niti Aayog??
The spectrum of the opportunity here is wide. This could be an R&D program that may never reach commercialisation.
Or it could be part of India's future roadmap to not only satisfy its own domestic needs, but form part of its plans to continue its climb to becoming a word leader in steel exports and a contributor to its GDP.
Anything is possible.....
