Chiller I and two others asked Martin Wood if the 249s were the reason the CI pulled out. He told us that they withdrew 24 hours previously. The timing was coincidental but not the cause.
I know you are in touch with Mr Wood I suggest you ask him and he will confirm this conversation and the timelines.
