More deals imminent!, page-16

hi all... some very informed posts and I can see that a few of you who attended the AGM or at least gained some insight as to what was discussed have changed your tune.

from what I was told the AGM was very informative and a few interesting questions asked. I have also been advised that there were a lot of individual conversations taking place along with the fact that some 'off the record' topics and potentially sensitive information was discussed.

whilst I will not point the finger, some of the comments that have been made on this forum since the AGM suggest that a few of you have an agenda. I believe that this agenda is to get others to question timelines and when this will actually start to move. the fact of the matter is that we have been advised that there are imminent deals. I for one have a suspicion that a couple SH's know more than what they are leading on....

to come on here and start putting if SP numbers with timelines and saying that TO offers won't surpass 3-4c is absolute garbage. firstly, with the amount of royalties that could come in, 3-4c is chump change. if the board were to consider a TO in the vicinity of 3-4c I for one would consider that bordering negligent.

I have previously raised the possibility of a TO because if one were to do so, it would occur sooner rather than later. once deals start to come in, and I stress the word once not 'if', where we are will be laughed at.....

a company who has the foundations to bring in millions upon millions of rebenue does not get bought out by chump change, regardless of the shares on issue.

the fact if the matter is that a TO offer wouldn't be agreed to if it is only twice the price of what the strike price of options are ie. options strike price 1.5 and garbage TO offers of 3-4c....

so..... whilst I will keep the remainder of the rumours that I have heard to one side for the moment, who has the stomach to reveal who our potential cannoboid partner is which may or may not have been leaked??????
