Hi LoosenUp and Noodly,

I appreciate your positions and I don’t want to get into a s#it throwing slanging match. I am more interested however in understanding how you both have come to a different conclusion to most (including myself) about the a few of the fundamental shareholder concerns. Some of my specific queries are:

- Do you believe that the ongoing time frame blowouts without any updates or explanataions are acceptable and of a high professional standard?

- Do you both think the communication from the company has been adequate and acceptable?

- For most of the people who have commented of late, they are uncomfortable and frustrated with the lack of communication and explanations behind deviation to managements guidance. This has eroded trust leading to discussions about why they are not willing to elaborate on shareholder concerns. Why do you feel management still deserve your trust considering the lack of shareholder communication and engagement?

- Assuming you are happy with and support managements performance to date, what metrics do you propose shareholders use to evaluate managements performance?

I understand that individual shareholders need to make up their own minds relating to these questions. If you don’t mind, I respectfully ask for both your views as my evaluation is consistent with the majority of posters in the forum. I can not understand your position ,although I respect they are yours to make.
