lord e, had milesg on ignore for years, but if you want a laugh choose the subject property from 01.01.2003 and see almost the same arguments, but with different nicks.........property was going to fall 60%, buy cheaper in 5 years time, hello its now 5 years and its not cheaper than 2003...........same arguments about proprerty price in the US falling, japan falling 90% so australia is no different........ might be easier to just copy some of those threads on here, and save us all arguing again. cheers
