Here's some of the wisdom of the doomsayers, worth a read, lots of fun if you have time. You shouldn't laugh at them though, they were wanting it so bad that they ignored history, it's human to dream.
Particularly sad are the ones who say "I just sold my house and am renting because the crash is just a few months away".
What has that done to their families? How many have come back to Hotcopper saying "I was wrong and it has cost me a fortune". About zero have done that.
I have enjoyed reading all this, it reaffirms my understanding of property.
