In an investment boom you can never under estimate how far foolish people are prepared to push prices up in the boom, regardless how over priced and ridiculous they become

All booms that is ALL BOOMS bust, regardless of the arguments that are always put forward about this time it is different, this is not a boom but a re-pricing Blah blah blah.

So people under estimated how far the last boom would go but it is deffinately turning now and the 3rd important rule to investing

3. Don't try to catch a falling knife.
