It is obvious from the fact that you have sold that you have taken the very negative and misconstrued view of events. Some of your points are completely off mark.
But you have sold, so you can relax and not worry about the SP anymore.
Just make sure you can review the information again and keep watching as I am sure if the SP was to kick upwards due to any number of positive developments you could buy back in.
