You speak about them like they are equals. Just because PYC knows about Sarepta and Sarepta has a partnership with someone previously linked to some research with PYC isn’t anywhere near what I mean. My partner worked with someone who knows the likely next CEO of NAB. He met a couple of times and worked on some minor things with him but does that mean the 2IC of NAB knows him? No chance. Sarepta is a 2IC to major pharma and might be about to become one, they are about 150x the MCAP of PYC and I doubt very much if they have a clue who PYC is other than maybe sending an invoice for a PMO or however that happens. Maybe a few of the lab coats have shared a beer at a conference together in the past and said ‘yeah give us a call’ but if AK65s read is right and they are planning to skip the lab coat $2m discussions and play in the hundreds of millions then I’d like to see something that connects the 2 companies beyond a PowerPoint presentation or that they used one of their PMOs once and have a common friend.
