    I am not convinced their plan is a dilution. I wouldn't have thought that 3-4 months of working capital for the plant would have been too hard to raise as debt finance.

    And, surely a tap on the shoulders of Mr Talbot would be good for a short term loan.

    Other possibility is they didn't want to spook their JV partner Tropical Metals Pty Ltd.
