Most large orders I noticed today have been bought going into the trade history. But you can also look at it on a 1 minute candle chart and see there are large spikes of volume going up 100k shares. From what I've noticed so far, if there is strong buying pre-announcement, there's a good chance it's insider buying and will be a good day tomorrow. This was particularly true pre-CFDA approval.
