better for who.....this ensures management keep being paid regardless of performance. Incoming shareholders are 0.6 cents (40%) in the money if they can get out fast.
Existing shareholders are the ones being done over.....my guess is it was worth more as a shell than trying to operate.
This was a dog from years back and it just keeps delivering to that standard.
