As long as we can hold onto Stanley (or get it back), we should be able to leverage the "Electrification of PNG" announced by Oz/US/Japan/? at the ASEAN conference. You we think that Stanley with electrification of Western Province plus Ok Tedi (and maybe Freida River) as icing on the cake.
