G'day Lordy, well done that was yet another hilarious read.
One day they will learn. I am about to increase rents yet again.... am I having any takers? More than people would imagine and no end in sight. Keep putting up rates and I will just keep putting up rents, quite simple really. By the time my fixed rates end (about another 18mths) I will have a strong reserve to take up any slack that may be left.
Wake up people, you are either in or you are out. You are standing above the high water mark hoping the tide will rise above it and come to meet you. Property owners are in control and always will be.
