It's a loss making entity and I'm not sure that Asta acquisition will make any difference. Don't forget that the acquisition still has to be paid for.

This company may not be around in the next 6 months at this rate, unless they make another big CR shortly. No wonder there's no volume even at these "cheap cheap levels".

They had all these money and all this time to make it into nice profitable business but their achievements to date have been quite dismal.

Looks like the directors are the only ones making some money here.
