    GF will have to act fast to stop speculation driving the shareprice too high before they launch a takeover.

    After getting around 10% on the cheap recently at 35c they can afford to pay true value for the 89% we have and still end up with a bargain.

    They have had several weeks to plan their strategy and get the paperwork in order while the court cases have been on.

    I would not be suprised if they made a hostile takeover offer today.
