I have to say-this is the best outcome that ESI has had in 2008. Kos basically IS ESI and it is only right he be CEO-he is much more marketable(and knowledgeable/more credible to investors/partners)than his father, who I think has let emotion/overconfidence/passion set unrealistic milestones for ESI-which haven't been achieved (yet).
Kos and new director/s and chairman will make this co fly following Arup in July.
We will look back and see a point where there was an Opus Prime overhang and a change of directorship as being the best opportunity to buy ESI-at the artificial bottom.
We will I'm sure see many many developments in weeks/months to come.
I am buying more.
