If you've owned for a while you will know Ont took a nasty turn when a previous government scheme was cancelled. So a new scheme has got to be good, a panacea if you like, in a figurative sense.
I wouldn't vote labour these days for any reason. Their policies are a collection of shallow ideas on which no though or analysis is done because it would immediately lead to contradictions. But some do.
