I know what you mean, very hard to get anyone fizzing over this one. The technical language is numbing.
They have great technical capability and the market is huge and growing in all directions.
The upgrade of facilities is complex and will take time and probably have over runs in time and cost.
The collaborations and work they are doing with others is all looking good in the long run.
Having said that, it has been a long haul for SH who are suffering from CR fatigue, while they see the SP spike and then gradually slide backwards.
It would appear that not much is going to happen until the second half of next year as far as anything that will increase cashflow from foundry services.
Any further source of income is in the wind.
This is a long termer and still carries risk.
Don't hold your breath, but it will all happen Soon.
