Hi Jefe, I am curious why you thought the fine circuit is not installed...

Above is a photo I adopted from Altura website (October 2018 news letter page). As it can be seen that the flotation cells in the middle of the photo (I have circled to highlight the position) so fine circuit was indeed installed. Second, I also thought the fine circuit had been commissioned as well as you can see the concentrate thickener was full in the photo and the thickener was filled with white stuff, I reckon that is the residual froth so you got a layer of bubble that carried bit of ultra fine spod on the top. That is my observation. By the way, I am process engineer in mining industries for 7 years since graduation from uni. Still a young engineer but know the basics. Hope these info is helpful to you and others.
